Tyris was appointed in the August 2019 to make alterations to an existing warehouse that was previously used to process Kaolin from mines at a nearby site. The project entailed the additions of a mezzanine and first floor slab that would enable 1300m2 of office space, 800m2 of storage space; with amenities and reception area. The space is specifically designed for an animation studio that requires cinemas, audio and sound rooms.
