The Village is a residential development in the suburb of Bramley, Johannesburg. Phase 1 The Scope of work included refurbishment of the Spark school situated on existing property; Civil works pertaining to the infrastructure of the new housing property, namely block platforms, roads, electrical, water and sewer and storm water reticulations; and the construction of 111 , 1 & 2 bedroom apartments; as well as the refurbishment of existing block of flats into 71 rental specification apartment. The phase 2 development consists of 280 residential units, made up of a combination of 1 bedroom and 2-bedroom units.
